The urges of the male psyche are examined through their discernible presence in contemporary art. Humorous and playful tones coat the raw sexual and aggressive themes that derive from mans instinctive desire for power. The artists chosen are males in different stages of their artistic course, allowing a retrospective view into the way maturity and understanding of these forces develops to control and appreciation.
