Langara College Centre for Art in Public Spaces presents a first film by artist Samuel Roy-Bois.
The film being screened is a road movie shot entirely in camera, in a small temporary studio made out of plexiglass and lumber. This cinematographic work questions conventions of moviemaking and offers an open-ended reflection on notions of displacement, relationship, and quest. This piece is a culmination of artist Samuel Roy-Bois' 8-month residency at Langara College Centre for Art in Public Spaces.
Screening schedule
• Wednesday, April 25th
• Thursday, April 26th
• Friday, April 27th
• Saturday, April 28th
Each screening is 8:30pm-9:15pm. The make-shift theatre only fits 18 people per screening so get your tickets soon (click on Register above). The screening is 40 minutes long. Everyone welcome!
